Company History
AKCES NIERUCHOMOŚCI is a unique project on a national scale. An initiative of the four brokers: Robert Dmitruk, Andrzej Dmochowski, Roman Otrembski and Jerzy Sobański in August 2004 (submission of documentation recording the name and logo). In December 2004 the group reinforced Ewa Kamińska, Nina and Janusz Kuczyńscy. Our company exisst since January 2005.
Each of the founders had a long experience in running companies through real estate agencies and marketing and advertising, which, combined with commitment, contributed to the success of what we achieved in a short time. In January 2007, led the now 20 offices in Warsaw and its surroundings, and we employed over 150 people (including approximately 50 licensed brokers), we had our own department of advertising and legal department.
AKCES NIERUCHOMOŚCI was already at that time the organization has the largest database of real estate deals in the capital. In the rankings, and assessing clients were in the three largest agencies in Warsaw through the housing market.At the beginning of the operation of the market, from January 2005, AKCES NIERUCHOMOŚCI focused on the common banner of four companies. We have chosen to work similar to the MLS (the interchangeability of complete data), innovation and high quality service, based on standards developed over the years. All of the company's founders and AKCES were active participants in Poland, the largest MLS-u (a system of cooperation among agents acting on the basis of the bids accepted exclusive) MLS WSPON. Since we have always been inclined to the customer, we wanted to ensure users of our services available to as many good proposals and forward a maximum of our knowledge. In order to achieve the highest level of professionalism and providing services using our experience customers access to unique knowledge we enabled them to discover the full picture of the market through the use of Department of Analysis. We have undertaken work with many financial institutions, credit counseling agencies, companies providing additional services connected with immovable property (architects, designers, testers and managers).
In 2008, the group AKCES NIERUCHOMOŚCI due to different visions of its further development, one of the companies separated. The other three: Reinforced Plastic Properties E. Kaminska J. Sobanski, Accessus Property Nina and Janusz Kuczyńscy and Nieruchomości D&D Andrzej Dmochowski and Robert Dmitruk, up until today AKCES NIERUCHOMOŚCI POLSKA. Change that is made, resulted in the separation of bases, which in the case AKCES NIERUCHOMOŚCI POLSKA have a positive impact because it raised the level of bids presented and to allow streamlined, better management of the organization.
Modernized the company through investment: the purchase and implementation of a program like online - Galactica, allowing permanent access to the database, which in turn forced positive changes in the way the agent is directly contributed to greater mobility and the availability of an intermediary. All the time we train and enrich our knowledge of the necessary elements to work with you, starting with purely matters workshop (photos, using the program), and ending with the legal issues and analysis. All this so that the agent could guarantee a reliable and professional Customer service.
